JEEVANIDHI TRUST is a non-profit organization registered in Bangalore in the year 2007. It is currently functioning in Mangalore, Karnataka. The Trust is registered under Public Charitable Trust Act and our treatment cum rehabilitation centre (Jeevanidhi SATHIVAM) is certified under Mental Health Act. At present, our treatment and rehabilitation centre is located at Old Convent Road, Bajpe. 

Our mandate is to address issues of children, youth, women and men, and to take up socio-economic welfare measures concerning them. Hence, we offer physical, mental, psychological and emotional support to those in crisis by providing counselling, referral services, and promoting preventive education. We also provide treatment and rehabilitation services to people suffering from alcohol/tobacco dependency and substance abuse, and support their families to recover and enhance family life. Jeevanidhi helps the community by conducting awareness programmes on various issues regarding self and social well-being. We are constantly in pace with changing times and providing care and assistance to the needy.

The treatment facility we provide is a 21-day de-addiction programme with medical and nursing assistance, counselling, cognitive and experiential inputs, case management, alongside self development activities, nutrition and exercise. The 10-bedded centre is well-equipped with medical facilities and is managed by four qualified staff. We also accept persons who require long-term medical or psychiatric rehabilitation. The duration of the stay is decided on a case-to-case basis. Other than the treatment and rehabilitation, we also have frequent follow-up sessions with ex-patients through telephonic conversations as well as centre or home visits and sobriety celebrations. 

As a family centered organization, we provide women in crisis with counselling support, mediation with their family members, psychiatric and medical placement in shelters and job placement. 

We conduct programmes for spouse and children of alcoholic patients, and preventive education on drug abuse for adolescents in high schools, as well as teens from local village pockets, amongst other services.
